When in 2013 I started drawing on 7th of January, I never have imagined that in 2021 I would have my own website! The story goes far beyond my own imagination. It was a long path since then!
But ever since I was 10 and I and my family were gathering mushrooms in the forests of the
Rhodope Mountain I have been thinking of our World, I have been worried how we are witnessing an ongoing destruction of parts of our planet. In time I became a protector of Nature in my own mind. I wanted to be Nature knight.
In order to minimise the consumption of products created with artificial materials my brand ExiArts had to be using eco-friendly materials like Hemp cords and Linen Fabrics or Burlap and also 100% recycled sheets for the pages of my handmade journals and sketchbooks. So I did it like that!
Once I ordered 25 spools of Hemp Cord from an Etsy shop from United States. You might not know but I used to sell my crafts and arts on Etsy from 2013 until 2020. I wanted to try to make my products the most eco-friendly possible!
I believe that for the better future of Humanity we should be using eco-friendly products and especially packaging. Plastic is the enemy of everyone of us. We should avoid it in all means possible! This is why in ExiArts we do not use anything plastic!
We also reuse materials for the packaging of your parcels when you make an order on the website. We follow a standard to recycle 100% of all leftovers from our operations and we reuse and reclaim packaging materials from different local shops, grocery stores, and others. We gather card boxes and also soft materials for making the crafts secured so that they are not damaged until they arrive to you.
I would like to urge you and to encourage you to avoid plastic products an packaging. Try to demand eco-friendly packaging for your foods from the brands you love. The time to act an change the situation for us as customers and consumers is now.
