The paper for the pages is useful for any dry media (pastels, pencils ) and for writing and drawing with inks. The sheets are recycled paper. Please choose 100 or 200 pages for your book to be used for your sketching, journaling, collaging, writing, or anything you usually need when using your artist sketchbooks. The book has a strong and quality outfit ready to be used for your pleasure.
This travel journal is a handmade sketchbook with birch bark hardcover made to bring you peace and nature feelings at home and when on the go. The book has an old vintage look and is a great gift for nature and birch fans. You can display it in your den and use it daily or when traveling to your favorite destination.
The journal is made with natural linen burlap fabric and with hardcovers. I have also used strong crafting cardstocks and colorful papers for the inside covers. I have used eco-friendly glue for making it and for the binding I chose linen threads in different colors.
I will craft the sketchbook especially for you and this product is made to order. You can ask me to add some personal touches if you need to have them on your book.
Birch barks, cork, linen threads, and linen burlap fabrics are eco-friendly materials that are strong and useful for decent crafts in my shop, thus replacing some oil-produced other materials (like plastic and fake leather) or any other violate nature-destructive exploit of earth materials ( metals, chemistry industry and such). This fabric also saves leather from farm animals like cows, for example.
The shipping packaging is made with the extra protection of bubble postal envelopes, reclaimed soft materials, and card boxes. We reclaim packaging materials from technology products unboxed from different local shops.
We will donate a sum from your purchase to plant one tree with the Bulgarian Foundation 77. We will leave a monthly report for the donated money of a given Month in our blog section on the website.
